The Problem

A company with an innovative way of providing quotes for construction work is about to launch a new application that was developed in-house, but needs to make sure they have accounted for all potential user interactions and that the applications is user-friendly and conforms to known design conventions.

The Solution

Provide a user-based design analysis of the application to point out potential pain points and provide constructive criticism.

We started by individually reviewing the existing application and made note of any areas that could potentially be improved.

We then created wireframes that showed examples of those improvements before coming together as a team to review each other’s work.

After reviewing our recommendations as a team, we created high-fidelity wireframes to illustrate our recommended improvements.

We compiled our recommendations and reasoning into both a slide deck presentation and a document for the client’s review. We presented our deck to the client, and were happy to find them pleasantly surprised by our discoveries and willing to implement them before launch.
