The Problem

Insurance can be a complicated business, and when employees do not have a centralized application to keep track of communications, policies, and member information, it can lead to confusion, misinformation, and inefficient workloads.

The Solution

Design a workflow application to serve as the single source of truth for policies, claims, agents, and members, as well as a place to track communication and store risk management materials.

I worked iteratively, with regular client feedback, to design an application to replace previously scattered methods of tracking business information.

The result was a streamlined application that met the needs of users from multiple departments, as well as the external agents and members.
